migraines. hate.

2 weeks, off and on. My sincerest apologies for emails and phones calls not returned in a timely manner.  I’m trying.

    UGH!! I hate them so much. Hope you feel better soon!

    Just a little tip nobody tells you, try to drink lots of water and never let the blood sugar drop too low. Isn’t a miracle cure, but helps. An other thing that helps, stop hating (which I acknowledge is really hard), it only tenses the wrong muscles. Try to stop, sit down and breathe or drink tea or coffee (depending on what migraine type you have). Hope you get better.
