gen art competition part deux (2006)

Well, as some of you may know, yes, I did win the competition. (Yay me!)

Basically, what happened is I submitted the sketches and boards and Gen Art and other industry peeps selected me as one of the 5 finalists (from all over the U.S. and Canada) to come to New York for the award ceremony. Off I went, and…

So when you win, you get a fabulous cash prize on the condition you use a portion to create one of your winning sketches and showcase it at a Gen Art Miami function. Fast forward through two months of working full time during the day and drowning in silk charmeuse at night.
